Order volumes are structured for B2B buyers rather than retail-size orders, with flexibility to support both smaller regular buyers and large-scale distributors.
Incoterms We Offer
We typically export on EXW, FOB, or CIF terms, and we’re happy to discuss the Incoterm that best fits your logistics setup. EXW and FOB give you full control over freight and insurance from the Indian port; CIF includes freight and insurance through to your destination port, which many first-time or smaller-volume buyers prefer.
Order Volumes & MOQ
We don’t enforce a fixed minimum order quantity, but our pricing and processing are structured for business buyers rather than single-piece retail orders. Whether you’re a smaller distributor placing regular repeat orders or a large-scale importer looking to consolidate a full container, we’ll work with you to structure an order quantity and mix that makes sense for your business.
Payment Terms
For most orders, we work on an advance payment followed by the balance before dispatch. For CIF shipments, this typically breaks down as an advance to confirm the order, with the remaining balance payable against a copy of the draft Bill of Lading once the shipment is ready. We’re happy to discuss payment terms in more detail based on your order size and destination.
Documentation & Compliance
Every shipment is supported by standard export documentation, including commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, and Bill of Lading, along with any additional certificates your country’s import regulations may require. We’re glad to assist with documentation formatting to help your shipment clear customs smoothly.
